Insurance
We strongly recommend that every competitor has comprehensive travel, personal injury and personal equipment cover. It is entirely up to the individual to organise this, but we do we recommend Sports Cover Direct - www.sportscoverdirect.com. Use the reference 'endurancelife'.
The Race
As the name states, the NXTRI is an extreme event. The course is Ironman distance (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42km run) and has been specifially designed to provide the greatest possible challenge. The weather is unpredictable and the temperature of the fjord not always consistent. The race is therefore incredibly demanding, both physically and mentally. Preparation is crucial and we advise all interested triathletes to adopt a regular training regime from an early stage. You should be confident in your own ability and fitness level before attempting the race.
As a result, Accelerace and endurancelife accept no responsibility for those who fail to reach the finish and no refunds will be available if this should happen.

Cost and Refund Policy
The advertised trip cost is £650.00
- This sum does not include flights or items not listed on the web based ‘included’ list
- Bookings confirmed by a non refundable deposit of £100
- Balance of payment (£550.00) is due by April 1st 2007
- Refunds will be only be made in line with the following & will be fully dependant on the vacated place being taken up by another person.
6 months out = (£550.00) or full refund
5 months out = (£500.00)
4 months out = (£450.00)
3 months out = (£400.00)
2 months out = (£350.00)
All personal Triathlon equipment to be supplied by the participant
No travel insurance is included, personal trip / sports goods insurance is recommended
Whilst every effort will be made to prevent any damage to personal equipment, the organisers can accept no responsibility for the condition of personal equipment left in their care.
Each participant is responsible for supplying a bike case
Every effort will be made to give each athlete the maximum chance of completing the course to the best of their ability, however, due to the extreme nature of the challenge & the logistical complexities of the supporting role, it is essential that all participants make them selves aware of the level & nature of the support that can be provided and set their expectations accordingly.
The organisers reserve the right the change the published details of the trip at anytime
