Accelerace strongly recommends the professional Sports Massage treatment provided by Amanda Ahl. Amanda is based in Exeter, but also occasionally works in London and will be available at the Extreme Triathlon finish area at a price of £10 for 15 minutes.
She has acquired a great deal of experience in the following areas:
- Sivananda yoga trained in Austria - teaching and working with athletes, media, schools in London and in Hamburg, Germany.
- Fully qualified Massage Therapist at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Toronto
