Lyndon began his outdoor sporting career being swept down various fast flowing Devon rivers in a small plastic tub trying to stay upright. Despite not exactly seeing the error of his ways (he still kayaks), he stumbled into the joys of long-distance running, then cycling, and finally the natural culmination of triathlon. He does a particularly realistic Scottish accent.
