5th AG IronMan Championships 2007 Hawaii. Winner AG IronMan Lanzarote 2007. 
2. Describe your racing style in three words.. A slow swim to the start of a full-on bike/run race. 
3. What’s your most exotic previous race (of any discipline)? Tough Guy 2005/2006, IronMan Hawaii 2007
4. Longest distance event (any discipline) previously completed?TransWales MTB 7 stage race 2006
5. How much training do you do in an average week? 20-25 hours
6. When was the last time you fell off your bike? TransWales 2006
7. How long have you been training for the Welsh Ultra (or how long will you have been training for..?) 31 years!! And since the start of 2008, seriously.
8. How did you hear about the Welsh Ultra? A mad mate (Alex Thompson) from London Tri club.
9. What are you looking forward to most about the event? Finishing the swim, the mountain scenery, the night run, the finishers' breakfast.
10. Do you know anyone else taking part? Alex Thompson, and my boyfriend, Steven Lord, both Tri London.
11. How many years have you been taking part in triathlon for? 4

13. What's been your most amusing racing experience so far? Tough Guy - it is a mad, mad event..
14. Do you have a message do you for any of the other competitors? Look after each other, we're a team until the last few miles!
